Raw Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 0.5l / 1l

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Crude, or unfiltered 100% Italian, is a full-bodied and genuine oil with a sweet taste and a light fruity aftertaste. It is characterized by a cloudy color with the presence of microparticles of olive that remain in suspension.

This impurity characterizes the raw oil and is not to be considered a defect, rather it is a guarantee of its genuineness. To highlight this peculiarity it is bottled in a clear faceted bottle.

Pairings: thanks to its full-bodied and robust structure, it is very well suited to be used raw to enhance, without covering, the flavour of delicate dishes such as fish, first courses based on white sauces, boiled vegetables, white meats and salads.
